Cirkopolis brings the 10th edition of the international festival of new circus in Prague.
The festival focuses on the presentation of contemporary performances in the field of new circus seeking innovative expression with overlapping into contemporary dance, physical, visual theatre and genres of the contemporary music scene.
Cirkopolis festival will take place from 12 February to 18 February 2023 and will present five international and four Czech performances in the spaces of the theatre stage of the Akropolis Palace, PONEC theatre, Kasárna Karlín and the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art. In addition to the individual performances, the programme will be complemented by a series of workshops based on the performances, creators and their focus.
