The twelfth edition of Fotograf magazine’s festival will present a series of exhibitions, discursive events and artistic interventions led by the central exhibition No One Belongs Here More Than You.
The festival explores the intersections of photography and contemporary art, opening up socially and artistically relevant themes and bringing together local and international artistic tendencies. The festival aims to bring contemporary photographic art closer to the public and create a thematically focused space for a broader audience and professionals from around the world.
This year’s festival focuses on the rise of nationalist, populist and far-right tendencies in society. Confronting the influence of photography and the moving image and how they contribute to these political tendencies.
