The National Gallery in Prague has published a book about Mikuláš Medek – one of the most important personalities of Czech art in the second half of the 20th century.
Czech-English publication tracing the artist’s journey from surrealism, through the period labelled “Informel”, and ending with a highly original final stage. Medek’s work is still relevant and has grown in popularity in recent years.
